主要職責

： (a) 教授上述課程，內容包括但不限於樹木風險評估、電油鍊鋸、樹藝業職安健、樹木辨識、園藝等； (b) 編制及更新課程講義及教材； (c) 協助編審試卷及評分標準； (d) 出席課程會議、檢討課程內容、教學及評核方式；及 (e) 協助向學員提供就業輔導。 入職條件 ： (a) 持有相關高級文憑或同等學歷，並於所屬行業有十年工作經驗，當中包括不少於五年督導和培訓經驗； (b) 有良好相關行業網絡； (c) 須通過技能測試； (d) 持有國家級園藝科或林業科學院發出專業證書為佳； (e) 有編制課程講義教材經驗為佳；及 (f) 能教授以上多於一項課程和曾教授僱員再培訓局培訓課程者，可獲優先考慮。 備註 ： (1) 以上職位之職級為「教導員」。 (2) 申請人如學歷未符合以上 (a) 所述之條件，但具有十年或以上相關工作經驗，當中包括不少於五年督導或培訓經驗亦可應徵。在適用情況下，有關申請人則需具備相當於資歷級別第3級的相關學歷。 (3) 申請人如具有在相關領域中豐富經驗和成就但缺乏所需的學術/專業資格，或者具有卓越的學術/專業資格但經驗較少也可以申請。 (4) 教學語言主要為廣東話。 (5) 獲取錄的申請人可能需要在辦公時間以外工作，並會因應運作需要分派到不同地點任教，包括荔枝角、粉嶺、馬鞍山、屯門或將軍澳等。
