·Set and drive to meet team objectives / KPIs in line with Company / COO direction

·Prepare and implement operating plan according to Company strategies

·Oversee day-to-day operations of the team to ensure Company guidelines and regulatory requirements are met

·Monitor the performance and quality of outsourced vendors to ensure SLAs are met

·Establish, review and update workflow / procedures and guidelines for the team to work effectively and efficiently

·Set control measures according to Company’s risk guidelines, monitor and escalate should there be any operational risk seen

·Develop people through training, coaching etc. to uplift skills, knowledge and service mindset

·Participate in divisional / transversal and product development projects

·Initiate system modification to enhance workflow, fix issues etc. to continuously improve and meeting customer needs

·Understand the needs of various channels and offer proper services to meet channel-specific requirements

·Manage expense to ensure no expense over-run


Your Profile

·University Graduate or above

·At least 10 years' or above working experience in Life Operations, of which at least 5 years at management level

·Strong leadership and planning skills

·Excellent interpersonal and people management skills

·Good in training and coaching

·Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
