Responsibilities: To assist Section Head in the overall operational matters for local and overseas fairs. To provide procurement supports for all local and overseas events. To monitor project scheduling and spending for assigned projects. To liaise and maintain close contact with designers, project managers, and contractors. To provide on-site support for local fairs and conferences. To handle other assignments and administrative support as necessary. Requirements: Degree holder with a minimum of 3 years relevant working experience, preferably in event organizing and operations. Strong command of English and Chinese. Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Capable of working as a team to deliver quality work within tight timeframes and limited resources. Customer-oriented, good team spirit, and able to work under pressure. A strong team player with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills. Willingness to work overtime and occasionally on weekends/public holidays. Proficiency in MS applications and Chinese word-processing. Remuneration and Benefits: Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. A competitive remuneration and benefits package, including annual leave, medical and dental benefits, will be offered.
