We are looking for an Assistant Tea Mixologist based at Island Shangri-La, Hong KongAs an Assistant Tea Mixologist, we rely on you to: Make tea recommendations to guests Be familiar with different tea brewing techniques Clean the tea sets Handle stock take and monthly inventory Assist in restaurant daily operations Obtain customer feedback during operation to ensure guest satisfaction We are looking for someone who has: Relevant working experience in Hotel or F&B industry is preferred Tea Artist Certificate and related certificate is an advantage Strong communication and interpersonal skills Outgoing and friendly with great attention to detail All information provided by applicants will be treated in strict confidence and used only for recruitment purposes.#J-18808-Ljbffr
