ENGL4425EED Literature and Film is a 3-credit-unit, 4000-level course which investigates critical concepts and theories that inform the study of literary and filmic texts from different socio-historical contexts, thereby allowing students to cultivate a greater sensitivity and deeper understanding of the important cultural texts that shape our contemporary culture.Major Duties and Responsibilities

The appointee shall mainly be responsible for the following:Developing learning materials;Participating in the production of a video lecture.Candidates

Candidates should possess the following qualifications, experience and competence:A Bachelor’s degree, and preferably a higher degree, in Cultural Studies, Film Studies, Literary Studies, and/or other related disciplines;Preference will be given to those who have experience in delivering lectures at the tertiary level.Terms and Conditions for Appointment
