Reporting to the Principal Manager - Treasury Management & Infrastructure, the appointee will supervise a small team of staff and be responsible for the treasury management & reporting of the CLP Group.Key Responsibilities:Lead the team to ensure treasury operation is in full compliance with respective policies and corporate governance, and meet accounting standards / banking / regulatory / statutory requirements and mitigate settlement risk.Develop a new dashboard of key risk and key performance indicators to identify and track risk exposures and performance of treasury transactions timely for treasury risk management.Integrate H2H (banking technologies) and/or API connectivity solutions into the implementation of the ERP project to establish a robust interface with transaction and ERP systems.Centralize bank account management to rationalize the existing bank account structure and standardize KYC processes and negotiate relevant documentation.Monitor & comply with hedge accounting and ensure data integrity of foreign exchange and derivatives instruments.Identify and implement changes to treasury systems to improve operational efficiency and quality of management information whilst maintaining proper internal control to reduce operational risk.Assist in reviewing strategic business initiatives and establishing treasury infrastructure for the Group.Participate in ad hoc projects and studies in relation to treasury and corporate finance as required.Requirements:Holder of a university degree in relevant discipline and/or professional qualification in treasury (ACT, CTP), finance (CFA), or accounting (HKICPA, CPA). FRM is a plus.At least 7 years of solid relevant working experience in corporate treasury, finance, or banking, with a minimum of 3 years of managerial experience. Candidates with less experience will be considered for a junior position.Comprehensive and solid knowledge of corporate treasury, banking industry, treasury risk management, data analytics, Hong Kong / Overseas financial market regulatory requirements, hedge accounting, and treasury/finance related technologies is essential.Interested in pursuing a long-term career in treasury.Fast learner, self-motivated, a good team player, and able to work under pressure in meeting time schedules.Fluent in English, Chinese, and Putonghua.
