[Ref. No.: 3/03/PO/FA/HKTDC]The Hong Kong Trade Development Council ("HKTDC"), the statutory organisation promoting Hong Kong's external trade, is looking for a dynamic and high caliber professional to join our Finance & Accounts Department.Responsibilities:

Support the Procurement Section on purchasing related mattersProvide administrative support to internal buyer on reviewing tender documents including specification and composition of bidder list etcMonitor the compliance of procurement activities and provide guidance to internal user department against the guidelines and proceduresSupport and the maintenance of the Approved Supplier ListLiaise and facilitate the Tender Board Meeting including the preparation of any necessary documents such as price analysis and summary of tender submissionReview contracts/ agreements for the awarded tender with terms and conditionsPrepare procurement training materials, analysis and reports for management reviewMaintenance of the Procurement WebpagePerform any ad hoc projects as assignedRequirements:

Degree holder in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Purchasing, Business Administration or related disciplineAt least 3 years' relevant experience in sizable organizations; NGO/public sector experience will be an advantageProactive, self-motivated and independentMulti-tasking, able to meet tight deadline as assignedGood interpersonal and communication skillsStrong command in spoken and written English and ChineseProficient in MS Office applicationsRemuneration and Benefits:
