We are tasked with assuming direct responsibility for organizations in distressed situations across virtually every industry and every situation.We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join our team as Associate in Hong Kong. You will be involved in a wide range of interesting and challenging deals, often spanning multiple jurisdictions. As an Associate, you will embody drive, embrace change, and take risks. You will influence others to solve problems and be a team player in our Restructuring business.High-profile insolvency and restructuring assignments and investigations and complex cross-border matters;Assisting with day-to-day management of engagements such as financial and operational restructuring, official and voluntary liquidations, and other formal and informal insolvency and restructuring procedures;Compiling and analyzing books and records, conducting an inventory of assets, and dealing with claims of creditors;Performing cash-flow forecasts, financial analysis, and financial investigations;Drafting sections of detailed, complex reports and documents for Courts, creditors, and stakeholders;Monitoring progress and ensuring completion of client work to statutory and client deadlines.Requirements:
