Senior Associate, Corporate Secretarial . Reporting to the Director, Corporate Services, this full-time and permanent position is based in Hong Kong, allowing you to make a significant impact on our growth.Key responsibilities:Maintain and develop a portfolio of overseas "onshore" companies (including Asia, Europe, and the Americas)Liaise and coordinate with Vistra's overseas offices to handle a full spectrum of company secretarial matters, including incorporation, routine corporate compliance, statutory filings, and ad hoc corporate secretarial mattersProvide corporate governance consultancy to clientsAct as the central point of liaison for clientsMaintain and manage client and referrer relationshipsCoordinate compliance and onboardingIssue fees and handle invoicing/payment tasksHandle any ad hoc duties as assignedKey requirements:Degree/professional qualifications in Business, Corporate Governance, Law, Accounting, or other relevant disciplinesAt least 3 years of corporate secretarial experienceExposure in handling overseas companies is preferredWell versed in company secretarial practice for Hong Kong and overseas companiesStrong interpersonal and communication skillsExcellent organizational skills, meticulous, able to work under pressure and meet deadlinesIndependent, organized, and self-motivatedExcellent problem-solving skills with a strong client-oriented mindsetKnowledge in ViewPoint and SalesForce will be an advantageProficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese is preferred, because of frequent liaisons with Chinese-speaking clientsCompany Benefits:At our Hong Kong office, we believe in putting our employees' well-being first We offer a flexible hybrid working arrangement and birthday leave.Additionally, we provide comprehensive medical insurance and dental coverage, wellness allowance, and competitive annual leave entitlement to support your well-being and time to recharge or explore your passions out of work.As advocates of continuous learning and professional development, we provide an internal mentorship program and reimburse professional membership fees for certifications like CA or ACCA, ensuring you stay ahead in your field.If you are excited about working with us, we encourage you to apply or have a confidential chat with one of our Talent Acquisition team members.
