[Ref. No.: 3/18/ME/ES/HKTDC]The Hong Kong Trade Development Council ("HKTDC"), the statutory organisation promoting Hong Kong's external trade, seeks a dynamic and high caliber candidate to join our Exhibition Services Department.Responsibilities:

Work with sales to follow up with exhibitors for booth facilities ordering to ensure order accuracyProcess additional orders including data entry, collection of order forms and preparation of order summaryCo-ordinate with internal departments and external vendors/contractors to ensure the quality of servicesWork closely with operation team to ensure efficient processing of ordered facilitiesManage the operation of on-site service counter and undertake on-site dutiesPerform administrative duties such as handling reports, filing system and meeting schedulesProvide clerical work assistance to SalesAssist sales on cold call and conduct follow upOther duties to be assignedRequirements:

Bachelor degree in Marketing / Event Management / Business/ Communication/ Hotel & Hospitality or relevant disciplinesGood command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluent in PutonghuaProficient in MS applications and Chinese word processingCustomer-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skillsProactive, self-initiated and very attentive to detailsWell-organized, willing to learn and self-motivatedAble to work independentlyPrevious experience in exhibition / event industry is preferredWilling to work long hours and on public holidaysPossession of Construction Industry Safety card issued by endorsed institutions of HKSAR preferredWorkplace in Tseung Kwan O Logistics Centre [Shuttle bus service will be provided from Tiu Keng Leng MTR Station]Remuneration and Benefits:

The successful candidate will be appointed on a fixed-term contract basis, renewable subject to operational needs. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.Application Procedure:
