If you are eager to make a meaningful impact in the biotech industry in Hong Kong and contribute to our mission, apply today and help us shape the future of women's healthThe position:We are looking for a full-time Chief Scientist with interest and passion in the Discovery of Blood Biomarkers and application of FDA approval of our tech product.Responsibilities:Lead research and development on detection or diagnosis of diseases related to women's health;Design and conduct experiments (includes but not limited to biosensor construction, construct detection method of biomarker in human samples, protein analysis, PCR, bacterial analysis, material science, polymer, protein conjugation, and production);Lead, supervise and interact with a scientific team to achieve the goals set forth by the Company;Protect and safeguard the Company's proprietary know-how and confidentiality;Assist in grant and funding applications and patent filing;Represent the company to communicate scientific information to key stakeholders as well as to promote the company image and reputation;Perform all services appropriate to that position.Requirements:Ph.D / M.Phil in Biochemistry, Biomedical Science, Bioengineering, Biological Chemistry, Material Science, or related disciplines;Hands-on experience in mass spectrometry, ELISA, blood processing, detection of miRNA and protein, protein conjugation, biosensor coupling;Logical mindset and creativity for problem-solving;Experience in managing junior researchers;Hardworking and enthusiastic about science;Dynamic team player with a positive attitude, self-motivated, and detail-oriented; strong communication and people skills;Excellent command of both English and Chinese, both oral and written;Proactive, independent, clear-minded, mature;Able to work under pressure.Other Note:Work at a Grade A Commercial Building which is highly interactive; you can meet scientists from different aspects through activities.Medical insurance, stock option plans, and bonuses are available to staff at certain grades.Interested parties, please forward your full resume in word format with salary expectation to us (hr@womenx.net).Data collected will be used for recruitment purposes only.
