Job Description - Superintendent, Electrical & Mechanical (240822)Superintendent, Electrical & Mechanical - ( 240822 )Responsibilities:Control, monitor and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance works of electrical systems, control systems and general E&M servicesAssist in daily inspection, workmanship monitoring, testing and commissioning of alteration and improvement works, including handover and defects inspectionLiaise with internal departments, business partners and government departments to carry out fault rectification and maintenance activitiesCarry out fault attendance and rectification worksPrepare system log, fault report, incident investigation and fault analysisAssist in preparation of maintenance contracts, maintenance budget and control of maintenance expenditureImplement and refine process management on maintenance tasksPerform shift duty including overnight shift if requiredRequirements:Higher Diploma / Higher Certificate in Electrical / Building Services Engineering or other related disciplines with at least 8 years' relevant working experience in supervision of electrical & mechanical maintenance and/or construction works. Degree holder with 4 years' relevant working experience will also be consideredCandidate without the above specified academic qualification but have 12 years' relevant working experience will also be consideredSolid experience in airport works and/or large scale electrical and mechanical facilities under a live operating environment is an advantageHolder of Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker of HV and/or LV electrical installation is preferredProficient in Microsoft Office applicationsGood command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Knowledge of Putonghua is an advantagePossess a valid HK driving license (class 1, 2) is preferred
