We are looking for a highly motivated Treasury Associate (Crypto) to support crypto liquidity management and blockchain-based treasury operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about crypto markets.Responsibilities

Prepare and analyze daily treasury reports on digital asset holdings, liquidity positions, and capital movementsMonitor and manage crypto liquidity across exchanges, custodial wallets, and on-chain protocolsTrack investment portfolio performance including DeFi staking and Liquidity Pool risk-reward dynamicsAssist in transaction booking and balance sheet reconciliationSupport liquidity forecasting and capital allocation, optimizing funding strategiesPerform transaction reconciliation, ensuring accuracy across wallets, smart contracts, and internal recordsProvide support on enhancement and streamline operational workflowsCollaborate with internal and external teams to handle treasury processesRequirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field1-3 years of experience in banking or fintech. Fresh graduates with strong analytical skills will also be consideredProficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets for financial modeling, liquidity reporting, and data analysisStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial and blockchain transaction dataSolid understanding of DeFi protocols, liquidity pools and staking mechanismsSelf-motivated and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities and working in a fast-paced environmentPython or SQL knowledge is a plus. Candidates with experience in automation, data analytics, or blockchain monitoring tools will have an advantageExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams (Finance, Risk, Operations, Compliance)Experience working in fintech, blockchain, or cryptocurrency companies is a plus. Knowledge of crypto exchange operations, liquidity risk management, or stablecoin treasury operations is a plusHands-on exposure to treasury management systems and on-chain analytics is a plusSeniority level
