This role will focus on event operation support, procurement or policy support, and strategic planning, ensuring alignment with our corporate objectives. You will be responsible for: Event Operation Support: Planning and executing business development events, including workshops, conferences, and networking sessions; Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event logistics and operations; Monitoring and evaluating event effectiveness, providing insights for future improvements. Procurement or Policy Support: Assisting in the procurement process for business development initiatives, ensuring compliance with organizational policies; Developing and implementing policies that enhance operational efficiency and support business objectives; Conducting market research to identify potential suppliers and negotiate contracts. Support on New Initiatives and Strategic Planning: Receiving guidance from management to develop and implement strategic plans that align with organizational objectives; Analyzing market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making; Preparing reports and presentations for stakeholders to communicate strategic initiatives and progress. You should: Possess a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred; Have minimum 5 years of experience in business development, event management, or strategic planning; Have a proven track record in supporting successful events and managing procurement processes; Possess strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize complex information; Be passionate about events management, with a can-do attitude to deliver quality and efficient results; Have strong organizational and project management skills; Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments; Be able to think strategically and execute tactically; Have a high level of initiative and ability to work independently; Be adaptable to changing priorities and environments.
