Job Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive professional secretarial support to top management and senior executives. Plan, organize, and coordinate both private and corporate events and travel arrangements, handling guest invitations, logistics, and follow-up arrangements. Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings, ensuring efficient travel itineraries, transportation arrangements, and seamless logistics. Serve as the key liaison between executives and various internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective communication. Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism. Support strategic research, report writing, business outreach and partnership (corporate and ESG) initiatives and coordinate ad-hoc projects or assignments as required. Requirements: Not less than 5 years of relevant experience as Senior Secretary (able candidate with slightly lesser experience may be appointed as Secretary), supporting top management in reputable organizations; a stable work history is an advantage. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Independent and resourceful, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to perform effectively under pressure. Must be willing to attend to senior executives' business needs beyond office hours. Adaptable and flexible, capable of handling ambiguity and changing priorities with professionalism and decency. Strong work ethics and integrity, maintaining absolute confidentiality when managing sensitive information. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with other secretaries, internal teams, and external stakeholders. Tactful and diplomatic, with a professional and cheerful demeanor, and a good team player. Fluency in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua). Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point) and Chinese word processing. Limited travelling may be required. Immediate availability is an advantage.
