As the Product Manager - Markets, your primary responsibility is to deliver robust, technology-driven, and feature-rich software applications for Hex Trust's Markets business. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, document, and implement solutions in areas such as eTrading, OTC trading, Risk Management, and Trade Settlement Optimization. This role is critical in driving the success of our Markets products and ensuring alignment with business and client needs.Duties & Responsibilities

Product Development & Documentation:Perform ongoing reviews of business requirements and processes for Hex Trust's Markets productsCoordinate with Product, Technology, and UX teams to create and maintain documentation, including Product Requirements Documents, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and Test CasesSupport UAT, implementation, and user training as neededStakeholder Collaboration:Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize feature implementation based on effort estimations and expected valueGather, validate, and document requirements from investors and stakeholdersMarket Research & Analysis:Conduct market research on competitor features and industry trendsPerform data analyses to support business decisions and product strategyRequirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Manager in financial services, particularly digital assetsProven expertise in cryptocurrency trading, DeFi, and mainstream digital assetsStrong focus on delivering exceptional User Experience for institutional clientsSolid understanding of trade lifecycles, challenges, and trade-offsExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills, both written and verbalCollaborative, self-motivated, and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of financial products like derivatives (perpetual swaps, dated futures, options)Experience working in start-up environments with an Agile mentalityIf you don't meet all the requirements but are passionate about this role, we still encourage you to apply.
