If you have a proven track record of guiding students through university/college applications within the IB framework and are committed to nurturing their personal growth, we'd love to hear from youYour Key Responsibilities:University & Career Guidance:Provide tailored advice on university/college applications, ensuring students make informed choices aligned with their goals and aspirations.Support students in writing personal statements, preparing for interviews, and navigating admissions processes, with a strong understanding of global university systems.Social & Emotional Support:Offer individual and group counselling to address personal, social, and academic challenges.Collaborate with parents, teachers, and external professionals to create a supportive environment that fosters student well-being.Learning Support:Identify and support students with learning needs, implementing strategies to promote academic success.Partner with faculty to develop individualized plans for students requiring additional support.Community Engagement:Facilitate workshops, seminars, and events to promote career awareness, emotional intelligence, and life skills.Actively contribute to school-wide initiatives that celebrate diversity and inclusion.Requirements

A

degree or Masters

in counselling, psychology, education, or a related field.Minimum of

3 years' experience

as a guidance counsellor in an IB school setting preferred.Deep understanding of the IB curriculum and international university admissions processes.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with students, parents, and staff.A proactive and compassionate approach to problem-solving and student development.
