Hong Kong, Hong Kong SAREndeavour Search Hong Kong, Hong Kong SAR3 days ago Be among the first 25 applicantsDirect message the job poster from Endeavour SearchGlobal company with footprint across North America, Europe and APACAnnual global sales turnover rate at USD 6 Billion with over 40,000 staffs worldwideHang Seng Index publicly listed company - Headquarter in Hong Kong with over 30 years solid presencesExcellent compensation & benefits; Guaranteed double pay; Training provided; APAC role with solid high quality team membersMust possess CCIE or CCNPPrefer to have relevant work experience in ICT Solutions Providers / VendorsMajor Responsibilities:Lead the planning, design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise-level network systems, including LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, and firewall technologies, with a focus on the Asia Pacific regionDevelop and implement network security policies, procedures and standards to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of data and systems across the Asia Pacific networkEvaluate and recommend new network technologies and solutions to enhance network performance, scalability and reliability in the Asia Pacific regionConduct Proof of Concept (PoC) for new network technologies to assess their feasibility and effectiveness in the Asia Pacific regionProvide technical leadership and mentoring to network engineers and other IT staff in the Asia Pacific region, including conducting training sessions and knowledge sharingCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve network-related issues, including network downtime, security breaches and performance degradation in the Asia Pacific regionMonitor network performance and utilization, analyze network traffic and logs, and optimize network configurations to ensure optimal performance in the Asia Pacific regionConduct network capacity planning and scalability assessments to anticipate and mitigate potential network issues in the Asia Pacific regionDevelop and maintain network documentation, diagrams and procedures to ensure accurate and timely communication of network changes and updates in the Asia Pacific regionParticipated in project planning and budgeting and managing vendor relationships and contracts related to network infrastructure in the Asia Pacific regionMajor Requirements:Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields10+ years of experience in network engineering, design, implementation and troubleshootingExpert knowledge of network protocols and technologies, including TCP / IP, OSPF, BGP, MPLS, VPN, WLAN, and firewallsDemonstrated experience in leading and managing network infrastructure projects, including experience with MPLS, firewall, SD-WAN and SDNStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop creative solutionsExcellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholdersAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentIndustry certifications, such as CCIE, CCNP or CISSP are preferredTo apply, please send your CV in word document to peter@endeavourasia.com or call Peter at 3973-5558 for a confidential discussion.Seniority level
