About this team The Retail Ops team is comprised of people that know a little bit about everything and a lot about most things within lululemon. We touch all aspects of the store operations, including making sure stores are seeing positive results that meet and exceed company goals. You are passionate about supporting our stores, and the best in the world at completing complex projects in record time by prioritizing, simplifying, aligning, communicating, SSC to store communication and global programs. In partnership with other store and SSC leaders, retail operations works on new initiatives that elevate and support the demands of running a store. Simply put, retail operations is responsible for making the complex simple and getting sh*t done. A day in the life: Design a comprehensive, forward-looking store supplies strategy to meet organizational needs and the 3 year business plans for APAC retail operations. Lead the execution of the strategy through the management of sourcing, procurement, inventory management, logistics, and warehousing/distribution programs. Create an optimized and cost-efficient supply program that mitigates risks to the organization and meets the needs of retail operations and cross-functional partners in delivering on the long-term business strategy. Design and execute an end-to-end store supplies program for both proprietary and generic retail supplies across APAC. Lead sourcing, procurement, and inventory management for branded OPEX & CAPEX supplies, ensuring alignment with global business strategies. Optimize packaging and supply initiatives through collaboration with cross-functional teams and retail leaders. Mitigate supply chain risks and manage fluctuations in demand through strong partnerships with vendors, 3 PL providers, and suppliers. Operational Excellence & Risk Management Drive continuous improvements across processes, people, and technology for greater efficiency. Develop and implement risk mitigation plans to ensure business continuity. Oversee distribution planning to enhance operational performance, cost efficiency, and agility. Manage invoices and spending approvals for inventory, freight, and 3 PL purchases. Optimize supplier base management and capacity planning to meet future business needs. Lead negotiations and maintain relationships with key vendors and stakeholders. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communication Act as the key liaison between corporate (SSC) and retail teams to ensure seamless execution of strategic initiatives. Facilitate virtual communications, engaging both small and large groups with clarity and impact. Partner with international teams, particularly in North America, to align global and regional supply chain strategies. Gather and analyze feedback from retail teams to enhance communication effectiveness. Qualifications: Supply Chain & Procurement Expertise5+ years of experience in supply chain management, procurement, and logistics, ideally in a global retail or consumer goods environment.2+ years of experience in international purchasing and inbound logistics. Experience implementing and leading business process optimization. Strong knowledge of sourcing, demand planning, inventory management, and warehousing. Familiarity with manufacturing, transportation, and distribution operations. Financial & Data Analysis Skills Experience in invoice management and multi-entity financial oversight. Strong budgeting and financial planning skills. Advanced Excel and data analysis proficiency with strong business math acumen. Leadership & Communication Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Strong ability to manage multiple projects, set priorities, and meet deadlines. High level of initiative, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail. Must haves: Acknowledges the presence of choice in every moment and takes personal responsibility for their life.
