The successful candidate will work closely with lawyers to support them across a number of different practice areas. Specific tasks may include:Prepare documentation to comply with regulatory requirements including application forms, notices to regulators and notices to investorsPrepare board and shareholder resolutions and filings to the Companies RegistryPrepare court documents and bundlesPerform basic legal researchPerform basic due diligence and discoveryPrepare presentation materials and basic client update articlesTranslate documents from English to Chinese and vice-versaEducational Requirements

A law degree from a Hong Kong law school (or equivalent) or a diploma for legal executivesA high level of fluency in written and spoken English and ChinesePersonality Requirements
