The Company: European MNC forwarder and logistics service provider HK office: regional headquarters of Asia Pacific region Global: 180 offices We are looking for Executive Assistant – with details as follows: The Job: Report to European Regional Finance Director Provide full spectrum and all-rounded secretarial and administrative support to the Regional Finance Director Manage the calendar of senior management and arrange meeting schedules Human resources support such as working visa application Accounting duties such as bookkeeping, AR, AP, and payroll, MPFMaintain license and certificate in HK/China Prepare reports to senior management Provide personal assistance to senior management Accomplish ad-hoc duties assigned by management Requirements: Degree in any discipline Accounting studies or bookkeeping experience is a plus5+ years of relevant working experience supporting senior management in sizable companies Experience in logistics or forwarder companies is an advantage but not a must Excellent command of English and Chinese (Both Cantonese & Mandarin)Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing Good communication skills, well-organized, self-motivated, flexible and able to work independently Additional Information: No trips required5 days work Annual leave: 12 days13 months salary + performance bonus Medical insurance Dental insurance Friendly work culture TO APPLY for this job or similar jobs: Please attach your CV with salary expected to resume@jpc.hk JPC Recruiting Services was established in 1990.
