Job Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements.Translate business needs into technical specifications and functional requirements.Conduct gap analysis and identify areas for process improvement.Develop and maintain documentation, including business process models, use cases, and user stories.Assist in the design, testing, and implementation of IT solutions.Provide support and training to end-users on new systems and processes.Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of solutions.Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business users.Fulfil other responsibilities as assigned.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or relevant discipline.At least 2 years of relevant working experience.Proficient in business analysis tools and techniques.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Familiar with Microsoft 365, Azure, Oracle NetSuite, and CRM systems.Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) or possession of relevant certification(s) will be an advantage.This is a renewable contract role.
