Job Responsibilities:1. Design and develop cutting-edge image processing algorithms to drive technological innovation and optimize applications.2. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in the field and apply innovative algorithms to real-world projects.3. Deploy image processing algorithms on embedded platforms such as ARM, DSP, and FPGA devices.4. Optimize and lightweight algorithms to ensure efficient performance in resource-constrained environments.5. Address performance bottlenecks in real-time image processing and provide customized algorithm solutions for specific business scenarios.6. Collaborate closely with hardware and software teams to ensure seamless integration of algorithms into products.Job Requirements:1. Master's degree or higher in Computer Science, Image Processing, Machine Learning, Electronics, Automation, or related fields, with 3+ years of experience in image algorithm development.2. Solid theoretical foundation and strong algorithm design skills in image processing and computer vision.3. Proficient in at least one mainstream deep learning framework (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras) and familiar with tools like OpenCV/ONNX, with hands-on experience in end-to-end model development and deployment.4. Familiar with model compression techniques such as pruning, quantization, and distillation, with proven optimization experience.5. Experience in deploying and optimizing algorithms on hardware accelerators such as NPUs, FPGAs, and GPUs, particularly on embedded platforms.6. Proficient in at least one mainstream programming language (C/C++, Python), with a preference for candidates experienced in high-performance computing and parallel optimization.7. Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work in interdisciplinary technical teams. Experience in productization is a plus.Additional Information
