Job Opportunity: Senior Fund Transfers and Settlement Specialist

Responsibilities:Manage daily client cash deposits, withdrawals, and other fund transfers/payments.Collaborate with ECM/IBD teams to handle IPO and private placement operations.Oversee the deposit/withdrawal of physical certificates and share transfers.Execute daily settlement processing for securities, fixed incomes, listed and OTC derivatives, and structured products, ensuring timely follow-up on any discrepancies.Conduct daily and monthly trade and position reconciliations.Participate in various projects, including writing test cases, performing UAT, and system migrations.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.At least 7 years of experience in fund transfers and settlement within the securities brokerage industry.Proficient in using HKEX-related platforms, Clearstream, and Euroclear.In-depth knowledge of securities, fixed incomes, listed and OTC derivatives, and structured products settlement.Ability to work independently and willingness to work overtime or on public holidays.Experience with MS Suite, particularly Excel.Strong command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).Additional Responsibilities:Perform other ad-hoc projects and assignments as required.If you are a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in fund transfers and settlement, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
