IT Specialist (OpenText/K2) - Education Industry / 40K (93094) Kowloon, Hong Kong

Salary: HKD28000 - HKD40000 per month + bonusDutiesOversee the management and maintenance of servers, networks, and IT infrastructure components for application systems, including system configuration, patch management, and troubleshooting to ensure peak performance and security.Monitor system performance, perform routine maintenance, and troubleshoot issues associated with application systems to minimize downtime and improve reliability.Implement and uphold security measures in accordance with the policies to safeguard systems and data against vulnerabilities and threats.Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting guides.Provide after-hours standby support on a rotating basis, including overtime and overnight duties as needed to address scheduled tasks, incidents, or urgent requests.Execute any additional responsibilities as assigned by the Director of the Office or designated representatives.QualificationsBachelor's degree or higher diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with a minimum of three years of relevant work experience.Proficient in

Linux

and

Windows Server

administration, as well as Web Server management.Experience with

OpenText, K2 , and/or Sitecore platforms is preferred.Strong analytical abilities, coupled with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
