We are currently seeking to appoint highly motivated and talented BIM Coordinator to join our studio in Hong Kong. If you have an impressive design portfolio and are passionate about working on exciting international projects in a dynamic design led environment, we would love to hear from you.Responsibilities:Generating discipline-specific model geometry and associated metadata to objects, aligning with company and project guidelinesApplying architectural design knowledge in creating BIM models and assisting with discipline-specific model quality assuranceCollaborating with project and design team leaders, as well as BIM Management, to address BIM coordination issues and deliver BIM models and associated data developed to the required complexity at each project stageProduce and maintain accurate BIM project information whilst ensuring the timely delivery of required outputsProduction of technical drawings, creating, maintaining, or modifying BIM modelsCoordinating with other design disciplines on design changes and discipline-specific model updatesLiaising with various parties, including external consultants and the internal operation team, for project execution and delivery of architectural designQualifications

Requirements:A bachelor's degree in architecture, Engineering, or a related construction design disciplineMinimum 3-5 years of experience in BIM modelling within an architectural practiceAdvanced proficiency in the current version of Autodesk Revit and Certified Professional in Revit is preferredComprehensive knowledge of Revit family creation workflows, Revit / AutoCAD integration, and Microsoft OfficeFamiliarity with Dynamo, Navisworks & BIM360 is advantageousAwareness of IS019650 global BIM and information management standards is highly preferredMembership with the Hong Kong Institute of Building Information Modelling is preferredIS019650 Global BIM Standards Certification is preferredFluent written and spoken English is essential or other language skills are advantageousBIM Manager will be considered for more experienced candidatePosition available for contract or permanent termAdditional Information
