Providing Quality Reporting and Data Analysis covering all aspects of Quality for UA Apparel, Footwear and Accessories on a Global Basis. Your Impact Monitor QA System Pivot 88, including creating Quality Plan Measurements, uploading documents, and maintaining good quality of system upgrades on both system platforms and Apps. Cooperate with Pivot 88 System users for new features and teach users to learn and use the system across different countries/regions. Handle QA team chargeback and PO using the finance Ariba system, ensuring alignment of all figures with the UA finance/accounting team every month and quarter. Monitor material compliance projects by working with suppliers and system users, involving communication with Tier 1 & Tier 2 vendors. Work closely with the global QA team to ensure QA Trip Reports and monthly analysis reports are relevant and accurate in the database, including maintaining a good library storage on Share Point and vendor portal platforms. Participate in and support ad-hoc projects such as newsletters and quality manuals. Qualifications A bachelor's degree or above in Business. A minimum of 2 years' relevant experience in business analysis or project management in sizeable organizations, especially in Supply Chain Management / Brand. Knowledge in apparel and footwear is an advantage. Good interpersonal and communication skills for working with cross-functional teams and cross-country teams. Working experience with Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and Snowflake is a must. Able to handle simple accounting processes is an advantage. Excellent written and spoken English.
