Product Head, Private Wealth Product (Private Bank) (65660) Hong Kong Island, Hong Kong About my client Our client is a well-established private wealth institute in Hong Kong. With their continuous expansion in business, they are now looking for high calibre to join them as a Product Head in Private Wealth Product Development under their Private Banking team. About the role Reporting to the Managing Director, you are responsible for formulating and developing product plans for Private Banking products (including equities, bonds, structured products, FX, funds and insurance brokerage products). You have to manage product development, system implementation, digital projects and managing sales and insurance broker channels in achieving business targets. You will suggest product selling process and perform product regulatory review to ensure the smooth launch of new Investment products. You are required to provide technical support to Relationship Managers and devise marketing strategy to enhance business growth. In addition, you will play a key role in developing sales strategies, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, delivering tailored solutions to clients and conducting sales performance analysis to suggest recommendations to senior management to achieve continual growth of product business. The successful applicant To qualify, the successful individual must possess: Degree holder in Business, Marketing or related disciplines. Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience in private wealth product development in private banking team with good channel management experience is a must. Excellent knowledge in investment product design, product regulatory requirements and wealth product market knowledge. Strong sales channel management, good analytical mind and product project experience. Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
