http://www.caravel-group.comResponsible for supporting the GM Human Resources, this role is an integral part of the Hong Kong HR team delivering the full spectrum of HR support, implementing HR policies and procedures, payroll and policy administration, HR technology support (SAP SuccessFactors) and implementation.This role will also encompass aspects of a HR Generalist role for Hong Kong and provide advice on Human Resource matters. The individual will be responsible for providing generalist HR support and administration with key focus areas of payroll and HR Technology interface to ensure high performance at organisational, team and individual levels across The Caravel Group.Key Roles and Responsibilities

OnboardingPreparation of employment contractsEnsure appropriate pre-employment background checks are completedHandle HR Corporate induction and day 1 joining formalities for all new joinersUpdate HR system - SAP Success Factors Employee Central with all new joiner information accuratelyMaintain an efficient and professional filing system for all subjectsPayroll ManagementSupport monthly HR operations including payroll changes and monthly approvals (payroll is outsourced)Manage insurance enrolments and terminationsSupport the team with renewal of our insurance needs – ECI, Group Life, ADD and MedicalManage all MPF/ORSO transactions and documentationSupport in all financial payroll auditsPrepare monthly and annual payroll reports – General Ledger, Variance reports and departmental allocation reports.Preparation of year-end tax formsOff-boardingAdminister end-to-end off-boarding process and perform SuccessFactors updatesArrange exit interview for leaversEnsure exit forms and Knowledge transfer documentation is completed prior to exit interviewPrepare relevant regulatory reporting and/or tax withholdingSAP Success FactorsPrimary responsibility to ensure smooth running of the SAP SuccessFactors technology platformProvide technical support, including troubleshooting to ensuring optimal system performance on SuccessFactorsCollaborate with external vendors to implement system updates and enhancements, with necessary custom configurationTrain existing HR staff on the effective use of SAP SuccessFactors and provide ongoing support.Ensure effective utilization of the SAP platformAnalyse system data to generate reports and insights for decision-making.HR OperationsEnsure all employee records are up to date in SuccessFactors Employee Central databaseMaintain an efficient and up to date e-filing system of all employee recordsPrepare management information reports related to HR such as absence data, employee lists, payroll costs and other reports as neededManaging issuance of various company documents to employees such as proof of employmentManaging internal global transfers and ensuring all documentation is completeRelationship:INTERNAL:Operational Product Owners & other stakeholdersProduct Teams (based in HK & India); Development, Ops & Support (based in HK & India)EXTERNAL:Interaction with suppliers and/or third-party solutionsJob Experience, Functional Knowledge and QualificationsEducation / experience / technical skills required:At least 6 years of HR experience handling HR operations, with exposure to payroll management, managing payroll partners, HR Technology (SAP) implementation, experience with SuccessFactors and Compensation & Benefits exposureExperience working in an MNC environment would be an advantageFluency in English required, fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin desirable, but not necessaryGeneral skills / attributes / other:Organized and detail orientedExcellent listening and communication skillsHighly collaborativeAnalysis and problem solvingCollaboration and teamworkListening and communicatingPlanning and organizingInitiativeAccountabilityFleet Management Limited is committed to diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace.
