Post-doctoral fellow in bioinformatics

On-site Full Time 1 year or above Associate Skills: Applicants should possess a Ph D degree in Bioinformatics, Computer Sciences, Biostatistics, Biological/Biomedical Sciences or a related discipline. They should be familiar with Linux systems and possess the ability to use programming languages such as R, Python, or related languages. Experience in protein structural prediction such as Rose TTAFold, and/or analyzing multiomic data is preferred. Applicants should have a good command of written and spoken English. They should also have a strong sense of responsibility, good organizational skills, and the ability to work in a team and multi-task. They should be self-motivated and hardworking. The appointee will be involved in research and development projects related to cancer therapeutics and will collaborate with expert researchers. Create algorithms for efficient protein structure prediction and design, utilizing computational techniques. Employ machine learning methods to enhance predictions of protein structures and functions. Conduct simulations to explore protein folding dynamics and stability under various conditions. Document analysis procedures, results, and software tools for reproducibility and future reference. Work on ad-hoc projects and perform any other duties as assigned.
