Responsibilities:Support Manager on delivering eShop business including promotion campaigns planning, E-shop development and build the digital marketing plan.Assist in communicating the requirement and secure the load out of Enhancement of eShop UI & UX design, customer service, operations and data analytics.Assist in the collaboration of cross functional teams including IT, Sales & Marketing, Business Analytic, Finance, Logistic & Operation, Customer Service team and vendors in developing relevant eShop project and development.Support ad hoc projects as assigned.Requirements:Degree holder or above in Business discipline or related disciplines.Preferably with E-Commerce Shop Development experience & IG/FB Accounts Planning and Development to support Corporate.Minimum 2 years CRM experience in sizable retail or FMCG industry with proven track record in managing customers database.Strong in Google Analytics, CRM and social media channels, web & app crawler tools.Strong presentation and communication skills with technology and online savvy mind set.Well versed with Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint.Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.Please apply with full resume,
