From welcoming new colleagues to best-in-class leadership development programmes, employee potentials will be identified and nurtured throughout their career with the Group.We are looking for a Bartender - Red Sugar based at Kerry Hotel Hong KongAs a Bartender - Red Sugar, we rely on you to:Provide consistent, high-quality beverage and service to guestsMaintain high level of hygiene and quality standard for the bar according to the hotel guidelines and the requirements of relevant government departmentsKeep the service standard at top quality and achieve high level of customer satisfaction and expectationsClean all glassware, utensils and equipment and maintain the cleanliness of the bar areaPerform any other duties and special projects assigned by supervisorsWe are looking for someone who has:Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Hotels, Clubhouses, or premium BarsFormal training in Hospitality Management would be an advantageWorking knowledge of standard drink recipes, spirits, wine and beerUnderstanding of classes of alcohol, different glasses, brand names and garnishmentsAll information provided by applicants will be treated in strict confidence and used only for recruitment purpose.
