Quant Developer (Python) OPENING - Prestigious Hedge Fund - Hong Kong

About the opportunityMy client is a leading hedge fund known for their exceptional performance in the financial markets. This company thrives on collaboration and excellence, and they are looking for a talented Quantitative Developer to join their success.Position OverviewAs a Quantitative Developer, you will work closely with their traders to develop cutting-edge models and tools that enhance their trading strategies. This associate-level position requires a strong foundation in Python programming and excellent communication skills to effectively interact with trading professionals.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with traders to understand their needs and develop quantitative solutions.Design, implement, and maintain trading algorithms and models in Python.Analyze data to identify trends and optimize trading strategies.Contribute to the development of new tools and systems for the trading desk.QualificationsExperience:

~2-7 years preferred in quantitative development or a related fieldTechnical Skills:

Proficient in Python; familiarity with data analysis and algorithm development.Education:

Strong academic background in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering).Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.Personality:
