About this team: The APAC Digital Product Management team is a key part of the overall Global Digital, OMNI & Guest Support Team. This team works to create a uniquely lululemon, truly differentiated and elevated online guest experience for APAC Marketing and CRM channels, working closely with partners in Technology, UX and Operations. A day in the life: Coordinate with central product teams to ensure business priorities are being delivered according to the needs of the APAC region. Communicate Martech and CRM program and feature planning and delivery in APAC. Identify and estimate impact for strategically aligned opportunities, driving through prioritization and roadmap planning where appropriate. Lead workshops and intake sessions for Marketing and CRM teams in APAC. Qualifications:3+ years of digital product management experience with an emphasis on delivering guest-facing applications or customer service applications. Up to 2 years of relevant experience will be considered in lieu of product management experience. Minimum BA / BS degree from a four-year accredited university. Experience with digital technologies and e-commerce, data management systems especially CRM and Martech. Strong core consulting skills (demonstrated track record of quality delivery, interpersonal and cross-functional relationship skills). Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering executive level presentations. Ability to drive results independently but thrives in collaborative environments. Has a deep desire to learn and improve by seeking, accepting, and acting on productive feedback. Desire and ability to learn quickly and work in an agile environment. Experience leading teams with diverse range of skill sets, locations through in-direct reporting relationships. Must haves: Acknowledges the presence of choice in every moment and takes personal responsibility for their life.
