Personal Assistant to District Director (HKD 30K- 50K)

The role of Personal Assistant to a District Director includes several key responsibilities:Schedule Management:-

Responsibility : Managing and organizing the District Director's schedule to ensure meetings, appointments, and events do not conflict. Coordinating with different departments to confirm meeting times and locations, and reminding the District Director of upcoming commitments.Communication Coordination:-

Responsibility : Acting as a liaison between the District Director and other staff members, as well as external partners, handling various incoming emails and phone calls.Administrative Support:-

Responsibility : Assisting with administrative tasks such as preparing reports, taking meeting minutes, and managing documentation. Creating presentation materials for meetings and ensuring all relevant documents are organized and accessible.Project Management:-

Responsibility : Supporting the District Director in managing ongoing projects, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met. Maintaining project timelines and following up with team members on their tasks to ensure everything stays on track.Travel Arrangements:-

Responsibility : Organizing travel plans for the District Director, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.Confidentiality and Discretion:-
