Investment holding company mainly engaged in the insurance business. Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant IT Manager. Job Description Experience in applications design, development, documentation, testing, implementation and maintenance. Gather and prepare outsource applications requirements and execute pre-UAT testing. Define and analyze business requirements, system problems, testing standards and solutions. Structure and prioritize requirements and communicate system design with key users for review and approval. Provide leadership on process improvement, new technology applications and solutions. Collaborate with developers (in house/outsource) to resolve issues and ensure solutions are viable and consistent. Conduct training sessions and workshops on new applications. Responsible for providing routine IT/Security related internal and external reports to Company and/or Insurance Authority (HK and Macau). Coordinate BCP plan and drill test. Prepare Annual IT Plan and Budget. Coordinate Annual IT Security Penetration Test. Perform ad-hoc projects. Perform any other duties as assigned by management. Job Requirements#J-18808-Ljbffr
