We are looking for a Bartender - Ming Pavilion based at Island Shangri-La, Hong KongAs a Bartender, we rely on you to: Provide consistent, high-quality beverage and service to guests Maintain high level of hygiene and quality standard for the bar according to the hotel guidelines and the requirements of relevant government departments Keep the service standard at top quality and achieve high level of customer satisfaction and expectations Clean all glassware, utensils and equipment and maintain the cleanliness of the bar area Perform any other duties and special projects assigned by Supervisors We are looking for someone who has: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Hotels, Clubhouses, or premium Bars Formal training in Hospitality Management would be an advantage Working knowledge of standard drink recipes, spirits, wine and beer Understanding of classes of alcohol, different glasses, brand names and garnishments All information provided by applicants will be treated in strict confidence and used only for recruitment purpose.#J-18808-Ljbffr
