In this role, you will manage a set of clients and propose digital strategies across the full digital mix including Display, Mobile, Social & SEM to drive great results for our local & regional clients. As part of career growth, there will be opportunities to work on integrated campaigns as well.At GroupM APAC, our people are our strength, which is why fostering a culture of diversity and inclusion is important to us.Reporting of the roleThis role reports to: Associate Business Director.3 best things about the job:Working in the fastest-growing agency in Hong Kong with a passionate teamWorking across a diverse client portfolioWorking with a young and energetic teamIn this role, your goals will be:In three months:Become familiar with all relevant media and systems, and the team processesProvide superior administrative support to the teamObtain the basic knowledge and relevant skills of media planning and buyingSupport daily routines with working partners (mentor, planning team, media vendors, and creative agency)Build knowledge of the media landscapeStart to build an understanding of the 2021 Framework and how it is applied to the team’s processes and outputUnderstand the clients' product portfolioWork closely with working partners on media campaign executions and daily routinesIn 12 months:Develop a strong media POV and media recommendationsBuild trusted relationships with media partners and clientsDevelop trusted and influential relationships with media ownersWhat your day job looks like at MediaCom:Support supervisor and manager on key functions including but not limited to Media Planning, Buying, and TraffickingParticipate in monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of different media channelsManage and use various research, advertising, tracking and trafficking tools given on various post-campaign reportsIdentify appropriate media strategies and tactics, with guidance from supervisor and managerWhat you’ll bring:Able to manage multiple tasks and have good interpersonal skillsGood with numbers and have attention to detailAble to work independently but also a good team playerPassionate about pursuing a career in the media/digital industryDegree in any discipline; major in Marketing, Information Management, Business, or Mathematics would have an advantageRelated working experience is preferred but fresh graduates are welcomeFluent in written and spoken English and ChineseMore About EssenceMediacomWe are a global communications agency leading with breakthrough thinking, building explosive growth for brands, and helping our clients see the bigger picture.
