The role requires expertise in Azure and AWS, Microsoft Teams Telephony, zero trust principles, and InfoSec knowledge. The position will report to the Infrastructure & Cloud Manager and does not have direct reports.The role is expected to:Cloud Landing Zones:

Design and maintain cloud landing zones, ensuring they meet security and operational requirements.Security:

Implement and maintain security measures, including zero trust principles, to protect the firm's IT infrastructure.Trend Analysis:

Stay up to date with emerging infrastructure technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.Recommendations:

Provide strategic recommendations for future infrastructure and cloud initiatives.Microsoft Teams Telephony:

Manage and support Microsoft Teams Telephony to ensure seamless communication within the firm.InfoSec:

Apply information security knowledge to safeguard the firm's data and IT assets.Qualification / Person Specification

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines.Experience:

Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in infrastructure operations, with at least 5 years at a managerial level. Prior working experience in the legal industry is a plus.Certifications:

Relevant certifications (e.g. Azure Solutions Architect Expert, ITIL, CISSP, CCNA) are advantageous.Cloud Expertise:

Proficiency in both Azure and AWS cloud platforms.Telephony:

Experience with Microsoft Teams Telephony.Security Knowledge:

Strong understanding of zero trust principles and information security.Technical Skills:

Ability to articulate complex technologies to non-technical stakeholders and help technical teams understand business requirements.Analytical Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Communication:

Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.Customer Service:

Strong customer service skills with the ability to anticipate needs and exercise independent judgment.Organisational Skills:

Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects.Financial Management:
