We provide promising and long-term career paths for our employees and enable them to grow with the Company, display their talents and achieve their aspirations.Responsibilities:To coach and lead multiple sub-teams of IT Specialists to manage and provide technical support on IT infrastructure facilities and domainsTo devise new IT strategies, guidelines and proceduresTo evaluate technologies, put forward acquisition recommendations, and manage budget and procurementTo act as an infrastructure architect to set up the architectural standards and ensure deployed infrastructure is robust, secure, and sustainableRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related disciplinesA minimum of 13 years' relevant large-scale, complex and mission-critical IT infrastructure support or implementation experiencesStrong people and project management skillsExperience in the following domains are highly desirable:VMware Virtualisation and Software Defined PlatformsMicrosoft Windows and Red Hat Linux PlatformsITIL and PMP certification an advantageGood command of English and Chinese languages, both spoken and writtenCandidates with less experience may be considered for the position of IT Lead. In addition, employment may be on a 2-year contract term, and renewal of contract will be subject to the Company's business needs and performance of the individual.Working Location:
