Creative videographer

Job Responsibilities: Collaborate with the creative and social media teams to brainstorm and develop fresh, innovative video concepts that align with our branding standard. Oversee the entire post-production workflow, including video editing, visual effects, transitions, subtitling, motion graphics, and sound design to ensure the delivery of polished final products. Responsible for in-house photo shooting and event video recording. Create highly inspiring and engaging video content, particularly for short-form platforms like social media (e.g., Instagram Reels). Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and social media best practices to continuously enhance the quality and impact of the video content. Serve as a skilled cameraman, demonstrating expertise in technical decisions related to lighting, shooting angles, microphone placement, and more. Provide support and guidance to the creative team on video-related matters, ensuring seamless coloration and alignment. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree holder in Creative Media, Marketing, Communications, or related disciplines. Minimum 2 years of experience in an equivalent role as a video content creator or editor. Excellent knowledge and natural interest in the latest filming equipment and post-production software. Proficient in video editing tools like Cap Cut, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator. Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. Ability to work well in a team with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills. Familiarity with popular social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Xiaohongshu, and Douyin. Meticulous planning and organizational skills to meet tight deadlines. Self-motivated, creative, and able to work independently under pressure. Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
