We are looking for a 1st Dim Sum Chef based at Island Shangri-La, Hong KongAs a 1st Dim Sum Chef, we rely on you to: Handle all types of Dim Sum cooking duties. Monitor the production process of steamed and double-boiled items. Ensure hygiene standards are achieved according to HACCP & ISO22000 requirements. We are looking for someone who has: Basic knowledge of HACCP & ISO22000. Minimum 5 years experience in a similar capacity. A good team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
