(This is a fixed-term contract position of 2-year with possibility for renewal subject to organisational needs and individual performance.)

You are responsible for:

Supporting the finance team in the day-to-day operations, including processing payment requests and preparing journal vouchers and providing general accounting support;

Assisting in month-end closing tasks and preparing supporting schedules for the management reports;

Supporting the budget preparation and the update of the forecast;

Supporting the annual audit, including preparation of supporting schedules for the audited financial statements;

Supporting other ad hoc duties as required.

You should:

Possess a higher diploma or bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related disciplines;

Have at least 3 years of relevant working experience in finance or accounting;

Preferably have excellent skills in using financial/accounting applications and computerised accounting systems;

Hands-on experience on ERP accounting software, Oracle is an advantage;

Be proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
