We are looking for a curious & motivated intern for our Hong Kong headquarters. As an intern, you will be fully involved in a range of investment-related activities, such as conducting market research, identifying investment opportunities, assisting with Investment Committee meetings and performing investment operation support.Responsibilities

Conducting research and analysis on target markets, sectors, and companiesAssisting with ongoing portfolio management activities (portfolio monitoring, trading & execution, investment operations)Supporting any ad-hoc projects as neededPreparing materials for meetings with management teams, fund managers, and industry expertsSupporting investment operation activities (cash management, trade booking, reconciliation, KYC and onboarding matters, etc.)Requirements

Currently studying towards an undergraduate (at least 4 semesters completed) or graduate-level degree or recent graduate in a business-related disciplinePrior internship experience in one of the following areas preferred: Equity Research, Asset Management, Sales and TradingStrong analytical mindset and attention to detailResults-oriented and able to deliver output under time pressureIndependent thinking and ability to prioritize workstreams as neededCollaborative team player and open to learning from othersUnderstanding the nature of various asset classes during cyclesKnowledge of fundamental analysis and investment instruments including derivativesStrong sense of market activities and financial eventsOutstanding Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with Capital IQ or Bloomberg advantageousFull professional fluency in English; additional fluency in Mandarin (verbal & written) preferred#JebsenCapital
