We are a boutique design studio with a global reach.About this role:This role is based in Hong Kong. Our office is located conveniently in the Quarry Bay area and easily accessible with any public transportation. We are expanding our Residential team in Hong Kong.Job Summary:We are looking for an Architectural Designer with a robust technical background, ideally in architecture, complemented by exposure to interior design. This role is essential in bridging our design efforts and enhancing our team’s capabilities in delivering exceptional residential projects.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with the design team to develop and refine innovative design concepts for residential projects.Efficiently collate and review drawing packages, ensuring precision and adherence to project specifications.Provide strong expertise in spatial design and interior architectural detailing to transform design ideas into high-quality technical solutions.Lead various project phases, from conceptual development to execution, while liaising with stakeholders.Conduct site visits to oversee project progress and ensure design integrity throughout the construction process.We promise you a career in the world of luxury design as you would be working in a hospitality design firm that is ranked No.1 in the world. That is why we are also looking to recruit the most talented in the industry to join us Below are the minimum qualifications that we expect from you:Bachelor’s degree in architecture or a related field.7+ years of professional experience, with a focus on luxury residential projects.Demonstrated experience in collating and reviewing drawing packages.Strong proficiency in interior architectural detailing.Proficiency in Auto CAD and Sketchup.Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin advantageous.To be successful in the role you should also have:Strong sense of responsibilityExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.Does this sound like you?
