We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Group Level Manufacturing Leader. In this role, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence, strategic development, technical leadership, safety and facility management, R&D collaboration, and energy and sustainability leadership across the group manufacturing facilities. You will play a crucial role in maintaining brand quality standards, developing new production facilities, and enhancing the group brand reputation through manufacturing excellence.Driving Industrial 4.0

As the Group Level Manufacturing Leader, you will lead the implementation of digital platform integration, manage tooling standardization, and drive energy efficiency initiatives across facilities. Your expertise in production automation, digitalization, and innovative solutions implementation will be instrumental in advancing the manufacturing processes and ensuring technical innovations enhance brand value.Sustainability Initiative

You will be a key contributor to the group sustainability strategy development and implementation, supporting sustainability reporting and compliance, and identifying and implementing clean energy opportunities.
