Job Description - Manager, Airport Security (250062)Manager, Airport Security - ( 250062 )Responsibilities: Ensure the integrity of the security process, security systems, and facilities for security screening, fulfilling the statutory requirement as stipulated under the Airport Security Programme Ensure full compliance with and integrity of aviation security by rigorously enforcing security screening measures with AVSECOMonitor and evaluate the service levels achieved by AVSECO at different areas concerning security screening and strive for service improvement and operational efficiency Review and examine handling procedures and security incidents, and implement effective operational improvement measures and plans Manage and plan the implementation of measure concerning security screening in accordance with corporate directives or the requirements of Hong Kong Aviation Security Programme Safeguard security provision for airport projects in fulfilling the security requirement, liaising with regulatory authorities and project owners on the appropriate security measures and execution plans Ensure the functionality and reliability of security screening equipment Supervise and monitor the performance of staff in security screening team Requirements: Degree holder in any disciplines with minimum 8 years working experience in sizable organisation, preferably with at least 2 years supervisory experience. Experience in airport operation, security, development planning, and project management is an advantage Demonstrate a strong sense of integrity and logical thinking, with the maturity to handle complex situations effectively Possesses strong planning, organisational and execution skills, complemented by excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Observant and customer-focused, with the capability to work independently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua)Proficient in MS Office applications Possess of a valid HK driving license is an advantage#J-18808-Ljbffr
