Job Description - Railway Protection Supervisor-Infrastructure Maintenance Team (Railway Protection) (Ref: 2500003 V)Responsibilities Conduct regular inspection/patrol of construction sites within the Railway Protection boundary and along the railway lines to ensure the safety, integrity, and reliability of the railway structures. Assist in coordinating and liaising with internal and external stakeholders including government departments, private developers, consultants, etc. Perform railway safety duties for protecting external parties working within the railway premises. Requirements Diploma/Certificate in Civil/Structural/Construction Engineering or a related discipline. A minimum of 6 years' relevant experience, of which 1 year should be at a supervisory level. Good interpersonal and communication skills as well as proficiency in both English and Chinese. Knowledge of railway operation and infrastructure maintenance is an advantage. Possession of a valid Hong Kong driving licence class 1 and 2 is preferred. Remarks Candidates with lower qualifications but extensive experience will also be considered. Required to perform shift duties and work under adverse weather and emergency situations. The above position offers a Joining Bonus of $12,000, subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant programme.
