This is a fully remote position with flexible hours. Teachers will conduct 25-minute one-on-one lessons, using Total Physical Response (TPR) methods to engage students. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, dependable, and ready to start immediately. All training and teaching materials will be provided.Key Responsibilities

Teach one-on-one English classes for children aged 3-18Conduct 25-minute lessons using TPR methods to keep students engagedBe energetic, approachable, and reliableOpen a minimum of 10 peak hours per weekFollow the provided curriculum and teaching materialsBe punctual and prepared for every classRequirementsMinimum Requirements:

Bachelor's degree (preferred in Early Childhood Education, Child Psychology, English, or Literature)A teaching license or certificate issued by a US or Canadian government agency or recognized teaching association or,120-hour TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or equivalent certification also consideredMinimum of 1 year teaching experience in a public or international schoolAbility to teach using TPR (Total Physical Response) methodEnergetic, approachable, and dedicated to inspiring studentsPunctual, reliable, and able to teach independentlyTechnical Requirements:

Windows Intel Core i5 2.3 Ghz or above, MacBook Pro/iMac post 2016/MacBook Air post 2020, 8GB RAM or greaterInternet connection:

Stable fiber connection, minimum 50 Mbps network bandwith (min 10 Mbps download)Accessories:

Noise-cancelling headsets, HD web camera, and a tidy, well-lit, and quiet teaching environmentWorking Hours

Monday to Friday: 6 PM to 9 PM Beijing TimeSaturday to Sunday: 9 AM to 9 PM Beijing TimeTeachers must be available to open a minimum of 10 peak hours per weekBenefitsCompensation and Benefits
