You will work closely with senior clients to deliver large-scale change initiatives for leading banks. You will also need to be a supremely motivated person and able to work in a team where clients become colleagues too.We are looking for exceptional talent with the following:Strong interpersonal and influencing skills – ability to interact with colleagues at all levels in a peer-like way, and achieve goals without direct control over resourcesResponsible for delivering projectsWorking on client site to deliver change initiatives for leading clients across financial services, including investment banking, wealth and asset managementStrong emerging end-to-end generalist problem-solving skills, e.g., defining and deconstructing problemsPerformance requirement gathering, functional requirements, user stories, and business process requirements, technology architecturesPrioritizing issues, analysis, and team capacityStructuring and building quantitative and qualitative/conceptual analysesAbility to analyze operational and financial dataManage projects and individual workstreamsCommunicating project statuses to senior managementSKILLS AND EXPERTISEMinimum 6+ years of experience as a management consultantSME knowledge in Securities Services including a deep understanding of the post-trade and securities services operationsDiverse problem-solving experience, such as experience with a top management consulting firm or in other generalist problem-solving environments across the securities services sectorAn outstanding ability to analyze problems, apply quantitative analytical approaches, communicate effectively and confidently (both oral and written), and work well in cross-functional teamsStrong understanding of Prince 2/Agile/Waterfall is preferredKnowledge of agile ways of working would be an advantageOpenness to an environment of active developmental feedback from peersStrong experience in using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is requiredExcellent communication skills in English are essential.
